I was astounded to witness reception children speaking to me, a total stranger, with such confidence not just about Impact Learning principles but with self confidence I have not yet witnessed ever before in my teaching career. It so impacted on me that on the way back home, I reflected on the experience and concluded that when my infant son eventually goes to school, it must be at a school using Impact Learning as their main medium of teaching and learning.

All teachers need this training now

I used to have major blips, big ones and lots of them. Now I have little blips and I'm back in the Learning Zone much quicker. I just have to modify and try to work more independently - I need help much less often now.

It was a real privilege to be invited to the ILP morning - I've never attended anything like it. It pushed our boundaries but I now know how I can help my children learn better. I will talk to other parents. You are so right - if we work together our children have fantastic chances. I'm ready to join the 'army' of helpers. Just let me know when and I will be there.

I have not been so excited about teaching in years. I have learned an amazing amount that I cant wait to do with my class. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I have been struck by its (Impact Learning Programme) emphasis on the use of technical language. Impact Learning raises the bar every lesson and makes teachers more competent practitioners, in turn enabling all children to become effective and successful learners.

The comment heard most frequently when I visit ILP schools is that the Impact Learning Programme 'really does change lives.'

A ground breaking programme that every school should participate in, to raise staff performance and morale, and rapidly increase student potential and achievement.

I feel inspired. This course should be attended by all staff. You have given me the Feel Clever Factor, and I will do this for my kids at home and the pupils in my class.

This seemed quite radical to me! Does the rest of the world know about this? It makes so much sense and makes previous methods of teaching and learning seem as antiquated as the steam engine. Head of Science, Independent School

Impact Learning has simply 'transformed' my professional life!

This is the best model for improving teacher performance and brininging them back to enjoy teaching that I have ever seen

Over these 2 days I have learnt that if Impact Learning is used as a whole school approach, the impact will be HUGE! The implication for my school is massive. There are so many implications for teaching and learning that I cannot write them all down. The Government need to listen listen to this

All too often we are told about projects that are unable to demonstrate success in any tangible way and Impact Learning is notably different. You were able to show improvments not just just in pupil performance, but in teacher performance. The focus on learning meant that behaviour did not need to be tackled.
